Erin Hainey

Office Manager

Erin Hainey is our dynamic and welcoming Office Manager, where her organizational expertise and enthusiasm for creating a positive work environment truly shine. A proud graduate of Durham College, Erin combines her strong administrative skills with a genuine passion for supporting both her colleagues and patients.

Outside of the office, Erin is an avid gardener, decorator, and DIY enthusiast. Her weekends are often spent tending to her garden, undertaking home improvement projects, or curling up with a good book. A dedicated mother, Erin treasures spending time with her son, Liam, and can frequently be seen cheering him on at his various sporting events.

Erin’s vibrant energy and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of the Prestonvale Dental team. Whether she’s handling office operations or brightening up the workspace with her creative touch, Erin’s dedication to her role and her love for life are truly inspiring.


Tina Moncada

Front Office

Tina is a vibrant and dedicated member of the Prestonvale Dental team, serving as a key figure in our Front Office. With dual certifications as a Dental Administrator and Dental Assistant, Tina brings a wealth of expertise and a warm, welcoming presence to her role.

A true enthusiast of life, Tina finds joy in dancing, belting out her favorite tunes at karaoke, and cheering on her kids at their soccer games. Her passion for family time is evident, as she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones.


Alexandra Ramsay

Front Office/Dental Assistant

Alexandra Ramsay is a dedicated Front Office and Dental Assistant at Prestonvale Dental, where her dual role ensures a seamless experience for both patients and the dental team. A proud Durham College graduate, Alexandra brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, approachable demeanor to her position.

Outside of work, Alexandra is deeply committed to her family. She loves spending quality time with her husband and their two energetic boys. Together, they enjoy outdoor adventures and the simple pleasures of life, from tending to their vegetable garden to caring for their chickens.


Dallas Winter

Dental Hygienist

Meet Dallas Winter, a dedicated hygienist with a passion for dental health that spans nearly two decades. She began her journey in hygiene in 2005 after completing her post-secondary education at Wilfrid Laurier University, where she earned a double Honours degree in Sociology and Communication Studies. 
 
Dallas furthered her education at Nipissing University and continued on to study Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene at Durham College from 2009 to 2023. Throughout her career, she has embraced every opportunity to enhance her knowledge and stay connected with the latest in dental care.
 
Currently, Dallas is excited to be part of the Prestonvale Dental team, where she works diligently to ensure her patients receive the best care possible. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys travelling, spending quality time with her husband and pets, while also staying active in her community. With a cheerful spirit and a commitment to dental excellence, Dallas is here to make your dental experience both enjoyable and effective!
